ShengKangYuan jujube wine, with more than 982 years of brewing history, was first recorded in 1033, the second year of Mingdao's domination in Northern Song Dynasty. The present Kang Zhiming is the 47th descendant of jujube wine heritage. In 2013, Sheng Kang Yuan jujube wine brewing technique and its legend was officially listed in non-material cultural heritage of folk art. In its continuous development, it has achieved 15 national patents and 4 autonomous achievement prizes. Its manufacturing technique and its brand are both subjected to national intellectual property protection, which fills up the blank of the domestic jujube wine industry., In the near future, we will develop jujube wine industry standards and assist in developing national standards jujube wine.

Shengkang Yuan jujube wine is purely brewed with Lingwuchang jujube and the Yellow River jujube, using both traditional and modern techniques. It has a unique self-cultivation of strains, which is the only one having such techniques in the whole country.
