Villa Yapi was found by three young businessmen in 1999 with a grand vision and a goal to build high quality prefabricated houses, office buildings, social and community facilities, earthquake houses and light steel structures. The continuous growth led Villa Yapi to expand their core business to steel construction and container production and Villa Yapi became one of the leading manufacturers in the industry.

Villa Yapi is proud to be contributing to Turkish economy with 1.500 m2 large showrooms located in Tuzla and 20.000 m2 manufacturing facility in Gebze with over 300 qualified associates.

Production facilities consists of 7 giant roll forming machines, 6 press brakes, 6 guillotine shears, drill press and multipurpose assembly lines.

In manufacturing process, roll of galvanised sheets are cut based on customer preferences and ran through giant Roll forming machines. Finally, finished products are stacked on palettes for shipment.

All metal materials used are fully galvanised. Thus, they are unlikely to corrode and rust.

Manufactured homes are designed to suit local climate conditions and built by galvanised structural steel tubes utilizing non-welding technology.
