Condition of Assets: Our factory takes an area of 36 mu. It is built with a comprehensive office building of more than 1000 square meters, two cold storages to accommodate 5000 ton, two selecting greenhouse, a selecting workshop, an agricultural products processing workshop and an agricultural products market.

Production Base: The total base area is more than 500 mu which consist of a provincial Red Fuji Apple demonstration base covered an area of 2300 mu, an Organic Apple base covered an area of 432 mu, a Hukou Pear base, a Walnut base and a Pepper base respectively covered an area of 1000 mu.

Location of Production Base: It is located on the shore of the Yellow River hukou waterfall and in the south-east of Yan'an which is a revolutionary site.

Climate: The region is a warm temperate semi humid continental monsoon climate and a high value area of sunshine, which is favorable to accumulating and operating photosynthetic matter of apple and helpful to apple cultivation.

Geological: The region belongs to the gully and hilly areas of Weibei Loess Plateau. The thickness of the loess layer is 80~220 meters. The soil texture and permeability are strong. The supply and demand of water and fertilizer are coordinated. It contains about 1% of the organic matter. The soil is neutral alkaline, which is good for Apple cultivation.
