Established in 1990, previously called Meitou Hardware Boult Factory.

In 2003, renamed as Wenzhou Yiwei Automotive Parts Co,.ltd, specialized in producing automotive fasteners. In 2004, Yiwei became a shareholder of Zhejiang Mingtai Standard Component Co,Ltd by inventing assets, and set up the first subsidiary of Mingtai Co,Ltd. In 2015, the annual production value of Yiwei reached CNY 50,000,000.00.2011-2015, honored as "Excellent Supplier"by Dongfeng Automible

In 2016, in need of enterprise development, Yiwei separated from Mingtai Co., Ltd; the projects of Chang'an and Jianghuai Automotive fasteners came into trial production

In March, 2016, with governments' great support , YiWei's new workshop project came into approval stage

In April, 2016, honored as " Excellent Supplier "by Lear Automotive Parts Co., Ltd
