History

September 2014: A group of young auto-related people came together. They believed that the automobile could not solve all transport problems.

They wanted to design and invent something that could more effectively solve existing transport problems. After rounds of brainstorming, the

prototype of the TSINOVA smart pedelec came into being.

December 2014: TSINOVA was founded at Tsinghua Garden. The founders integrated industrial rationality and the beauty of life into one means of

transport in the hope that it could bring more joy to urban life and make big cities more inhabitable while meeting people's mobility needs.

January 2015: TSINOVA's novel product and tremendous appeal won it a round of angel investment of RMB 4 million, giving a great boost to the team.

June 2015: Thanks to the continuous efforts by team members, TSINOVA released its first smart pedelec. The efficiency of product launch within

less than six months was a sensation to the public.

August 2015: TSINOVA received an A round financing of RMB 40 million, which enabled it to rapidly expand its high-quality marketing, production

and management team, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production and sales work.

October 2015: The TSINOVA TS01 was officially released for sale. In less than 2 hours, all crowdfunding orders were completed and the whole

sales target of the first batch of mass-produced pedelecs was also fulfilled. To meet market demand, TSINOVA further launched TF01, a folding

pedelec equipped with the same drive system.

January 2016: TSINOVA's second TF01 model was unveiled at CES in the United States.

August 2016: TSINOVA completed its B round financing, raising RMB 150 million. This is also the largest financing in China's new bike and

pedelec fields.

August 2016: KUPPER, a brand of TSINOVA, officially launched the first model of its smart pedelec series Unicorn.
