Hong Kong Longing Foodstuff Ltd. was established in 1996, dealing with frozen squid processing, seasoned instant seafood, frozen noodle and dried fruit produced in our owned plants in Mexico and Qingdao, China.

We are both dealing with international and local sales. Our exportation products are mainly sold to the USA, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Russia, etc. We also provide delivery, storage and packing design services for wholesalers, chain stores, retailers, supermarkets and restaurants, etc.

Our products are:

Frozen food: Frozen noodle, Japanese ramen, imitation abalone slice, frozen squid and shell.

Dried food: Japanese style seasoned squid shred, seasoned codfish slice, American fig and pistachio, etc.

Our frozen noodle plant - Qingdao Top Noodle Food Co., Ltd. is located in Laixi, Qingdao, China. It is equipped with the advanced Japanese traditional noodle production technologies and facilities, mainly producing frozen Japanese udon, ramen, soba, etc. The plant has obtained HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000 and FDA certificates.

The dried squid production plant was established in Fujian, China initially. We are first one of the companies introducing Japanese and Taiwan dried squid processing technologies and facilities to Fujian. In 2008, we moved the production line to Qingdao and named the company as Qingdao Tianzhongyuan Foodstuff Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 50,000 square meters with 2 standard manufacturing plants. Besides processing dried squid products, we are also specialized in processing frozen seafood, leisure snack, etc. Both plants are in compliance with the requirements of food processing facilities and have obtained ISO22000, HACCP and FDA certificates.

Our squid processing plant - Pesquera Longing SA De CV is one of the largest-scaled seafood production plants among the local factories in Mexico. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters with daily production of 80MT giant squid.
