Short Lead-time Manufacturing Service

We offer our Clients fastest pre-order manufacturing service where we can typically produce and deliver goods within a short lead time days by sea freight or by air freight.

Minimum orders

We offer flexible minimum order quantity.

Garment costing

All Pre- orders are quoted individually. The prices will vary depending on the exact detailing requested (fabric/color/style/branding etc).

Labeling

We have the facilities to printed or woven labels from provided artwork.

Customize colors

For customize colors, Pantone number or a color swatch should be provided by clients.

Printing & Embroidery

We have the facilities of any kind of print and embroidery.

Step 1 - Our production team will guide you through the production process, to help you create the garments as per your requirements, quickly and efficiently.

Buyer give us an instruction of the goods , the fabrics composition, construction colors, and follows this by sending a pattern, drawing or sample to duplicate, with instructions, sizes, quantities, and the label & print artwork if required.

Step-3 we will offer a quote and an indication of lead-time. If accepted by the client, we will then prepare samples, and lab-dips

Step 4 - Customer approves and/or gives comments on all of the above. If necessary sampling will continue until customer approval.

Step 5 - Production lead-time will then start on receipt of written purchase order & L/C

Step 6 - Customer order immediately goes into production and is delivered as agreed according to freight method chosen and lead-time given.
