Aristech was founded in july, 2002 for the business of system ic development, manufacturing and marketing. Aristech has been developing control ic for small form-factor flash memory card like multimedia card (MMC) and SD card (sdc) in mid of 2003 and began to design its first product MMC control ic spec 4. 1 from end of 2003.

Aristech is capable to provide design services for memory control ic not only flash memories but also dram and sram and for display drive ic. Aristech is also supplying flash cards of sdc, mini SD, micro SD, mmcplus, mmcmobile and mmcmicro on a OEM base business. Aristech develops and manufactures SSD (Solid State Drives) since 2008 and sells to world market.
