Founded in 1988 by an Indonesia renowned biologist, Pristine Farms always believes in 2 values: Food safety and Quality in bird nest product. Our Farms spread all across Indonesian archipelago at locations where there is no heavy metal contamination from air pollution. We also operate our own processing factory, where the harvested bird nest are received, cleaned, and packaged in a sterile factory. Our processing factory is accredited by HACCP certificate, and Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture food safety certificate.

Because of our values and commitment, our founder has been trusted as the Head of Indonesian Bird Nest Trader and Farmers Association (APPSWI) and the Vice President of Asian Bird Nest Trade Association (based in Singapore)

Low Nitrite Content

Best of all, the amount of nitrite in our selected bird nest does not exceed 30 parts per million (ppm). The nitrite limit for prepared food set by World Health Organization is 200 ppm. However, most dried bird nest brand in Singapore can easily contain > 400 ppm. The darker nest (red and yellow) contain even higher nitrite, reaching 5000 ppm.

Pristine Farms nitrite management starts right from our Farms. We pay as much attention to air circulation, sanitation, and harvest arrangement. In the processing, our dry method slows down the accumulation of nitrite in the shelf life.

Traceability

To prove our product genuineness and originality, you can find out about the farms profile of your purchased nests by either scanning the QR code on the packaging or inputting the barcode number at www.pristine-farms.com. Our traceability also ensures that we do not processed nests with avian influenza virus.

IQC System

We are the only company with Integrated Quality Control (IQC) system. IQC system monitors closely the product journey from farms to retail outlets. Not even a single bird nest is sourced or processed outside the company. No third parties are involved. That is why we can guarantee the purity of our product. We simply offers full spectrum of protection.
