Our baker's experience started thirteen years ago, when with my sisters we decided to turn a family tradition into an economic activity. At the beginning we were involved in the production of bread carasau, which we have added over the years to other products required by the market, such as whole wheat bread and guttiau in its variants. Our business has kept the characteristic of the small family business and at present we produce about 500 quintals of bread per year
