SMT technology: This is a fully automated assembly technology for high density circuitries. The fully automated Pick and Place machine provides ultrahigh speed and precision electronic assembly.

Chip on Board (COB) assembly technology: This is a fully automated assembly for very high density circuitries. It connects the IC and the PCB by bonding wires directly from the IC chip to the PCB. This greatly reduces the footprint of the IC to provide very compact circuitry.

Wave soldering: This is a fully automated soldering technology for high volume soldering process.

Hand assembly and soldering technology: This usually provides the final touch for PCB assembly for some components that is not suitable for automated assembly such as soldering of connecting wires and certain components that are too temperature sensitive for automated soldering process.
