- Are you a European company? We can read, and work from, original documents in several European languages, particularly French, German, Dutch and Spanish.
- Do your customers have English as their second language? We are experienced in training and writing in English for readers whose mother tongue is another language.
The Principal Consultant at Wise Words is Richard Burnham. He combines a broad technical background with extensive experience in explaining technical matters clearly to a wide range of audiences, both in the UK and overseas. He has degrees in both software engineering and chemistry. His experience includes teaching and training at various levels, technical writing, programming and specification, and chemical research in academic and industrial laboratories.
Since 1986 he has been involved in training and designing training course materials for users of information technology, and has mounted training courses at work for a wide variety of people.
