VANGUARD production of hydroelectric power has a long history. In 1959, according to the need of the country construction, produced all kind of medium, small hydropower equipment. In 2009, VANGUARD established the new manufacturing base with an area of 320 thousand square meters in Changsha and built the hydropower equipment joint workshop of unit production capacity is 200MW and annual output 1000MW. Now the company has the capacity to design and manufacture various kind of water head type: Pelton type, Turgo type, Kaplan type, Propellor type, Francis type and Tubular type, series of medium and small water turbine set and can supply installation, commissioning, operation of the integrative service.
