Established in 2001, Changshu Rongsheng Knitting Co., Ltd is a vertical supplier of knitting fabrics, dyeing & printing, hometextile and apparel. We have full supply chain for fabric starting from yarn spinning, greige knitting, piece dyeing and printing till garment and blankets sewing and packaging.
Our knitting mill is located in Changshu city, with the ability of knitting various fabrics for fashion, sportswear and homewear, we have production capability 10,000tons of various type of fabrics annually. They are mainly: velour/velvet, jersey, rib, interlock, french terry, baby terry, mesh, tricot, micro fleece, coral fleece, mink, Sherpa etc. Especially, we have set up a fabric development team to work with our customers and grasp the trends of the seasonally popular fabrics for different markets of the world. Merchandising and production dept. follow closely with customers for each fabric production from developing, knitting, printing/dyeing through packaging.
Our wholly owned printing/dyeing mill in Suzhou- Hongyu Printing & Dyeing Finery Co., Ltd covers a production area of 52,800 squaremeters and has annual dyeing and printing ability of 18,000tons. The facility includes 35dyeing vats, 2 printing lines, 7 stablizing and can dye/print on cotton fabrics, polyester fabrics, fleece fabric, terry fabrics and so on. Dyeing and printing process for all our production are in our own mill so we can assure best quality and timely delivery to our customers.
Still we have a number of joint venture hometextile and garment sewing factories where we move our fabrics to sew the garments and blankets. Our merchandising team and QC power are checking all the day in these sewing facilities and keep close contact with customers to make sure customer knows every stage of the production. All the blankets and garments are to be inspected by our QC power before shipping. Merchandising team works closely with clients for technique, packaging and shipping issues.
