一潜在客户（我也就前两天向他发了封邮件）最近要来考察工厂，只是具体时间还没敲定，我入这行才一个多月，对产品知识也是一知半解！更何况我也不是英语专业。
向老大求救，她只是说让我大大方方的接待，我现在的状况让我如何能大大方方呢？
客户是加拿大的，我们工厂是做钣金这行的，请教各位大侠，我该做些什么，注意些什么？
