平常都有看文章，如果客户要邀请函，最好不要给他们，我们要负责他们在华的一切行为，但是此封真拿不定主意。
1：环球资源老牌子了，应该骗子不多，查了他们的询盘地址和IP 地址是对的。
2：我是6月16收到他第一封询盘，6月17号回复的，到现在7月5日他才回复第2封，莫非是很高深的骗子？

Thanks for your response, after a brief management discussion on your products where i have summit your Product lists for verification and acceptance, i'm very happy to inform you that we are very much ok with the products and we are interested in serious business with your organization. But we have unnanimously agreed that some executives of our company should visit your company to finalising the discussion and importation of the products and our board chairman has declared his satisfaction for the products and asked us to go ahead with finalising the importation of the products.
But after in our managements meeting, our company's legal team advised our management thet we send our executives to visit your company to assertain the products, have a business discussion with you and familiarise our self with your company.
