Please kindly refer to below revised announcement for explanation of “effective date” of the new documentation fee implementation, tks for your well noted.
With effective from April 1st, 2010:
自2010年4月1日起：
1> Original Bill of Lading Issuance fee: RMB 200 per B/L (Sailing date)
正本提单签发费：RMB 200 /票 (船开日)
2> Sea Waybill Issuance fee (including amendment from Original to Seaway): RMB 200 per B/L (Sailing date)
Sea Waybill签发费（包括更改正本提单为Sea Waybill）：RMB 200 /票 (船开日)
3> Telex Release fee: RMB 200 per B/L (Request submission date)
电放费：RMB 200 /票 (申请日)
4> 注：该正本提单(Sea Waybill) RMB200签发费已包含目前所收取的RMB125/提单费 +RMB80/签单费，自4月1日起，两项费用将合拼计收。
For example:例如：
b. Sea Waybill is issued, Sea Waybill issuance fee RMB 200 is charged.
首次签发Sea Waybill，收取“Sea Waybill签发费”RMB200/票。
c. Sea Waybill is required after Original B/L being issued, besides Original B/L issuance fee RMB 200, Sea Waybill issuance fee RMB 200 plus document amendment fee RMB 100 will be charged too(total will be RMB500).
正本提单签发后，要求改签Sea Waybill，除收取“正本提单签发费”RMB200/票外，另收取“Sea Waybill签发费” RMB200/票, 再加提单更改费RMB100/票
共计 RMB500. 望认真仔细操作.
