    不管你是在做自己的外贸独立商城,还是在alibaba速卖通,eBay,etsy等平台上面销售商品,都会遇到一些买家拍下商品,但迟迟未下单的情况。

    未付款订单指买家已经拍下商品,但尚未付款的订单。

    首先,PayPal商务顾问Jane分析下出现此类情况的原因:

    1、拍下后,无法及时联系卖家对细节进行确认
    2、拍下后,发现运费过高
    3、对同类商品需要再进行比较
    4、付款过程出现问题
    5、对卖家信誉产生疑虑

    那么对于未付款订单,PayPal顾问Jane建议您可以采取以下管理技巧:

    1)当订单生成后立即给买家发站内信、邮件,或者利用TradeManager及时和买家进行沟通,了解他对这些“未付款订单”的意见
    2)根据买家意见,
    a.对价格、运费进行调整,给予折扣,让商品更具竞争力;
    b.进一步展示商品,提供图片、细节描述,让买家对商品质量有更深认识;
    c.如果买家支付上遇到困难,可以主动帮助买家解决该支付问题;
    d.对自己的公司实力进行简单介绍,增加买家信任和购买信心。
    3)如果买家24小时内仍未付款也未给予任何回复,可以考虑主动调整价格,系统会自动发送调价后的邮件,通知买家重新关注下单商品
    4)有条件可以跟买家进行电话沟通
