Introduction:

Usage:

(1) ceramic blank ingredients: feldspar can before firing up the desert sex role of raw materials, reduce the drying shrinkage and deformation of the body, improve the drying performance, shorten the drying time.When burning can be used as a solvent to reduce the sintering temperature, fused quartz and clay, and permeate each other in the liquid phase diffusion and accelerate the formation of mullite.The feldspar vitreous body in the molten filling in the blank of mullite grain, make body density and reduce the gap, so as to improve the mechanical strength and dielectric properties.The generation of feldspar glass also can improve the body pervious to light quality.Feldspar in the mix along with the raw material of ceramic body is different, the requirements of the product.
(2) glass fluxing agent: feldspar is one of the main ingredients of glass mixture.Feldspar high Al2O3, iron content is low, and than fused alumina, not only low melting temperature and melting range wide, is mainly used to improve alumina content in glass industry, reduce the melting temperature and increase the alkali content in the glass production, in order to reduce the dosage of alkali.In addition, the process of feldspar after melting into glass slowly, small crystallization ability, can prevent the damage by forming the precipitation in the process of crystal glass products.Feldspar can also be used to adjust the viscosity of the glass.Generally all kinds of glass mixture with potassium feldspar or sodium feldspar.
