    Porduction Process

     

    What's the production process?
    1) Ningshu sawdust is collected from saw mills and does not contain any checmical or binders, It is 100% Naratul!!
    2) The sawdust is dried until the moisture content is 7-8%.
    3) It is then compressed into hexagonal briquettes under high pressure and temperature, without the use of binders.

    4) The briquettes are placed into a kiln and carbonized at 800 degrees Celsius for 10days.
        During carbonization, the core temperature of the briquettes exceeds 270 degrees Celsius.
    5) The charcoal briquettes are allowed to cool, then packed into 10kg cartons with an inner plastic lining and strapping on the outside, as per our client’s requirements.

    6) Then It is time to load by container, by turker as request..
