Clay pebble is a type of expanded clay, or commonly known as clay balls. They have a high water storage capacity and balanced
capillary action which helps to accelerate plant growth.
Clay balls are lightweight, do not compact and are completely reusable - they can be cleaned and sterilised after use. They are
also inert, pH neutral and contain no nutrients. Because the expanded clay pellets drain freely and don't hold excessive water,
they provide good oxygen levels around the root zone.
