之前一直以工厂的名义和客户谈，现在想要SOHO，给客户开PI用什么TITLE呢？

建议从做SOHO的第一天就通知客人你的工厂换公司名了，或者说你是工厂的外贸部，现外贸部与工厂独立开来了，现在的外贸部继续做工厂的产品，也可以帮客人SOURCING中国市场内的任何产品。之后要一直用这家外贸公司的名字（但外贸公司要选准了！不要过几天就换，那样让客人觉得你不稳定）

We are pleased to inform you that the former Export Dept.was set up to an exclusive Export Company named "XXXX ltd.(the name of the trading company) this company would be an export branch of the XXXX (the former factory). and it is also act as a sourcing company to meet the needs of our honored costomer who had a varous requirements for chinese products and those who intended to start market inlargement or product diversification.

The  quotations, services,management of former export dept.will keep unchanged so that the customer's inquiry or repeat order will not be effected.
