The USA abusing canada, because we are too lazy to trade with anyone else since you are so close and Canada just taking it, will decrease. Especially OIL. Right now Canadian oil is pumped to the USA at 40 cents on the dollar, because the USA is the only customer, and we are lazy and the USA is a bully. When the pipeline from the tarsands to the pacific coast opens, the USA will no longer be the customer, but a much more willing CHINA (who doesn’t have oil, and would love to get it from a country they are not at war with). Soon the USA will suddenly find themselves outbid and of course be shocked that their punching bag no longer needs them at all. Further the flow of cars (another major US export) will be much less, as frugal canadians (who mostly buy used cars) jump all over chinese made cars, especially on the high end (hummer, volvo, mg, pirelli)
