What products does Japan export to America?

Really, any manufactured item you can think of, Japan exports (except those items made less expensive from China).

However, some major items would be cars, electronics, toys, and a multitude of other items.

A better question would be to ask what Japan does not export to America.  This would include natural resources (fuel, minerals, etc.) and food items (the USA exports this to Japan). Japan lacks the space to have a large agricultural industry and also does not have access to many natural resources. All of these need to be imported from overseas.
