What are the problems associated with internal marketing?

The main problem related to the internal marketing is the inconsistency of internal marketing strategy, such as:

• company and employees don't share goals and values
• a company doesn't appreciate (salary, bonuses, recognition) employees efforts/ an employee feels underpaid, unrecognized. System of evaluation and recognition isn’t work, or built the way that put employees under constant pressure and reward not sufficient to cover emotional outgoings
• the workplace environment is not healthy
• the communications are impeded within a company, e.g. in multileveled company structure .
